This iPhone App is created to train your abs and make your belly look nicer. Do you have a beer gut, some man boobs or whatever? Don't worry, take enough time to look after your body! With half an hour of action daily. If you have some fat or a lot of it, you'll need to exercise more minutes. Could you have a nice six-pack? Do the exercises in this application.

There are 10 exercises. With an animation and description you'll do it without any problems. Fill in the number of repeats and sets and you'll get an average and advice. Even you can see the statistics.
